Order terms
- By confirming the order you authorise Storymaker Studio to contact you by email about the order.
- Prices are in Euros, VAT included where applicable.
- The 15% pre-order discount is valid if the order is placed and paid by the date shown on the page.
- Photos are delivered via download link by email, 1–2 days after the event closes.
- For bank transfer payments, please include the order code in the wire reference. We mark the order as paid as soon as funds arrive.
- On-site payments are made at the Storymaker booth at Palazzetto Gianni Asti during event days.
- Orders may be cancelled at no cost before payment. Refunds after payment are reviewed case by case.
